Pricing
Merki is credit based, and only credit based. Prices are in US dollars. This page is the pricing home: per-token model, cache-hit rate, packs, bonus, BYOK, and enterprise.

- Pick a model in the catalog.
- Estimate: input M × input $/M + output M × output $/M. Cache hits halve the input rate.
- Top up a pack; top-ups of 100 USD or more earn 5% bonus, spent first.

| Bonus | 5% on a single top-up of 100 USD or more. Lifetime cap 300 USD per account, spent first, non-refundable, no cash value. Refunds claw back: remaining bonus is removed first; if bonus is exhausted, the refund is reduced by the spent bonus. Bonus farming across accounts is an AUP violation. |
| BYOK | 0% Merki routing fee. The provider bills you directly. See Bring your own key. |
| Enterprise | 10% off at 10k USD/mo, 20% off at 50k USD/mo, custom above. Net-30 invoicing; committed-use pricing on request. See Enterprise. |
| Refunds | Unused credits refundable within 14 days where required by law or at Merki's discretion; drawn-down credits never. Exposed-key losses never. See the Credit and refund policy. |
| SLA credits | 10% of monthly spend on the affected endpoint below 99.9%, 25% below 99.5%, 50% below 99.0%. Claimed within 30 days via billing@merki.dev. See the Service level agreement. |
